adonaisis said: I don’t want to have children because I don’t have the emotional and mental capacity to give a child the unconditional love and support that they deserve but I also make an effort to empathize with them. A toddler screaming on a subway isn’t trying to annoy or upset you, they’re trying to vocalize their needs in the only way they can. If it’s annoying for you, imagine how much more annoying it must be to not be able to communicate when you’re hungry or scared or tired or uncomfortable!

adonaisis said: I don’t trust people who viciously hate children. It’s strange that “hating an entire demographic of people is wrong” suddenly becomes contentious when that demographic is children. I’m sorry that y’all see children as annoying objects to be put up with instead of human beings who deserve compassion and respect but I can’t relate!
